The short version: Nibble Dash has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. We do not collect your personal information, and nothing you do in the app leaves your device.

Nibble Dash has no user accounts, no sign-in, no registration, and no way for you to send us data through the app. The app contains no advertising software development kits, no analytics software development kits, no crash reporting services, and no third-party trackers.
The app makes no network requests. All of its content, including every shop, dish, image, and delivery route, is fictional and ships inside the app itself.
The app saves your progress locally on your iPhone so the game can continue where you left off. This information stays in the app's private storage and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. It includes:
If you delete the app, this information is removed from your device. We keep no copy, because we never receive one.
Rider tasks in Nibble Dash are completed by walking. To count your steps, the app asks your permission to read step count data from Apple Health (HealthKit) and, when Health data is unavailable, from Core Motion.
Granting this permission is entirely optional. You can decline it, and the rest of the app works normally. You can review or revoke access at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security, in Health > Data Access & Devices, or in Settings > Nibble Dash > Motion & Fitness.
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local notifications on your device to tell you when a pretend order has arrived and to deliver any meal reminders you set up yourself. These notifications are generated on your device. We do not operate a push notification server and we do not receive a device token. You can turn notifications off at any time in Settings > Nibble Dash > Notifications.
The app can display the progress of a pretend delivery in a Live Activity, on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island, and in widgets. This content is generated on your device from your local game state and is not sent anywhere.
This version of Nibble Dash contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Crumbs are an in-game play currency. They cannot be bought, they have no monetary value, and they cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services outside the app. No real food is ever ordered, paid for, or delivered through the app.
If we add optional purchases in a future version, they will be processed by Apple. We would not receive your payment card details, and we will update this policy before any such feature ships.
Apple may collect its own information when you download or use the app, for example aggregated download and crash statistics. That collection is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one. Any reports we can view through App Store Connect are aggregated and do not identify you.
Nibble Dash is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and there is nothing for a parent to request that we delete from our systems.
