This Privacy Policy describes how FunnyCamera ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our iOS application (the "App"). We designed the App to work primarily on your device. We do not operate user accounts or cloud sync in the current version.
1. Information We Process
- Photos, videos, and edited content you create in the App are stored locally on your device unless you choose to save them to your photo library or share them through system sharing features.
- Check-in records and app history are stored locally on your device.
- Location information is used only when you grant permission, to add location details to watermark/check-in photos. Location data is processed on your device for that feature.
- Camera, microphone, and photo library access are used only to provide core App features such as capture, recording, editing, saving, and exporting.
- Subscription status is processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not require registration or login in the current version.
- We do not operate our own backend servers to collect or store your personal content.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Camera – take photos, record videos, and use dual-camera features.
- Microphone – record audio while capturing video.
- Photo Library – import photos for editing and save your creations.
- Location (When In Use) – add location information to check-in photos when you enable this feature.
- Notifications (optional) – send local reminders if you choose to enable them.
You can manage or revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
FunnyCamera Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID using Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment and may collect information according to Apple’s privacy policy. We receive subscription entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features in the App.

5. Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple system services, including App Store / StoreKit, for purchases and subscription management. Apple’s handling of data is governed by Apple’s policies.
When you use iOS share sheets or save content to your photo library, those actions are handled by Apple’s system services under your control.
6. Data Retention
Content and records remain on your device until you delete them within the App, remove them from your photo library, or uninstall the App. Subscription records are managed by Apple.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. Because most data stays on your device, you should also protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
9. International Users
If you use the App outside your home country, your information may be processed on your device and through Apple services in accordance with applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

本隐私政策说明 FunnyCamera（以下简称「我们」）在你使用 iOS 应用（以下简称「本应用」）时如何处理相关信息。 本应用以本地使用为主，当前版本不提供账号体系或云端同步。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 照片、视频及编辑内容：默认保存在你的设备本地；仅在你主动保存到相册或通过系统分享时才会离开本应用。
- 打卡记录与应用历史：保存在设备本地。
- 位置信息：仅在你授权后，用于在水印/打卡照片中添加地点信息，并在设备本地处理。
- 相机、麦克风、相册权限：仅用于拍摄、录像、编辑、保存和导出等核心功能。
- 订阅状态：通过 Apple App Store / StoreKit 处理，我们不会获取你的完整支付卡信息。
2. 我们不收集的信息
- 当前版本不要求注册或登录。
- 我们不运营后端服务器来收集或存储你的个人内容。
- 我们不出售你的个人信息。
3. 设备权限
- 相机：拍照、录像、双摄功能。
- 麦克风：录像时采集声音。
- 相册：导入照片进行编辑，以及保存作品。
- 定位（使用期间）：为打卡照片添加地点信息。
- 通知（可选）：在你开启后发送本地提醒。
你可在 iOS「设置」中随时管理或撤销相关权限。
4. 订阅与付款
FunnyCamera Pro 订阅通过 Apple ID 的应用内购买完成。Apple 会按照其隐私政策处理付款相关信息。 我们仅接收用于解锁 Pro 功能的订阅权益信息。

5. 第三方服务
本应用使用 Apple 系统服务（含 App Store / StoreKit）处理购买与订阅。使用系统分享或保存到相册时，由 Apple 系统服务在你的控制下完成。
6. 数据保留
内容与记录保留在你的设备上，直至你在应用内删除、从相册移除或卸载应用。订阅记录由 Apple 管理。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们也不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。
8. 安全
我们采取合理措施保护本应用处理的信息。由于大多数数据保存在你的设备上，也请通过 passcode、Face ID 或 Touch ID 保护设备安全。

我们可能不时更新本政策，并在本页面公布最新版本及生效日期。
