Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FunnyCamera iOS application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. App Features
FunnyCamera provides camera, dual-camera capture, watermark/check-in, photo editing, local history, and export features. Feature availability may vary by device, iOS version, and subscription status.
3. Free and Pro Features
Certain features are available for free. Additional features are available through a FunnyCamera Pro subscription ("Pro"). Pro benefits may include, without limitation:
- Export without App watermark
- Advanced watermark templates
- Additional stickers, fonts, and text styles
- High-definition long-image stitching
- Expanded dual-camera layouts and HD video export
We may update free or Pro feature scope from time to time.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Current plans include:
- Weekly Pro – 1 week (

com.TextBeta.www.camera.plus.yearly)
Prices are displayed in the App and confirmed by Apple at purchase time. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
5. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial or promotional period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
6. Restore Purchases
You may restore previously purchased subscriptions using the "Restore" option in the App, subject to Apple’s policies and your purchase history.
7. Your Content and Responsibilities
- You retain ownership of photos, videos, and other content you create with the App.
- You are responsible for the content you capture, edit, save, or share.
- You agree not to use the App for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- You must comply with applicable laws, including privacy, copyright, and location-recording rules.
8. Permissions
The App requires certain device permissions to function. You may deny or revoke permissions in iOS Settings, but some features may not work without them.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, trademarks, built-in assets, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
10. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Apple Terms
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

- 无 App 水印导出
- 高级水印模板
- 更多贴纸、字体与文字样式
- 高清长图拼接
- 更多双摄布局与高清录像导出
4. 订阅与付款
Pro 通过 Apple 应用内购买以自动续订订阅方式提供，当前方案包括：
- 周度 Pro：1 周（
com.TextBeta.www.camera.plus.weekly） - 年度 Pro：1 年（
com.TextBeta.www.camera.plus.yearly）
价格以 App 内展示及 Apple 购买确认页面为准，费用将通过 Apple ID 账户扣款。
5. 自动续订
- 订阅会自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
- 续订费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内向你的账户收取。
- 你可在 iOS「设置 > Apple ID > 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。
- 如提供免费试用或促销期，在购买订阅后未使用部分可能作废（如适用）。
6. 恢复购买
你可通过 App 内「恢复」功能，在符合 Apple 政策及购买记录的前提下恢复已购订阅。
7. 你的内容与责任
- 你通过本应用创建的内容归你所有。
- 你须对拍摄、编辑、保存或分享的内容负责。
- 不得将本应用用于违法、侵权、有害或滥用目的。
- 你应遵守适用的隐私、版权及位置记录等法律法规。
8. 权限
本应用需要相关设备权限才能提供完整功能。你可在 iOS 设置中拒绝或撤销权限，但部分功能可能因此无法使用。
9. 知识产权
本应用及其设计、代码、商标、内置素材和品牌归我们或授权方所有，受相关法律保护。本协议不向你转让任何所有权。
10. 免责声明
本应用按「现状」和「可用性」提供，我们不保证其持续、无错误或绝对安全。
11. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或数据、利润、商誉损失承担责任。
12. 协议变更与终止
我们可更新本协议；你在变更生效后继续使用即视为接受更新。你可随时卸载本应用以停止使用。
13. Apple 相关条款
本协议仅在你与我们之间订立，与 Apple 无关。Apple 不负责本应用及其内容，也没有维护或支持义务。
